28 days of Good 🎑
Dear Good Life X Community, The GLX team was traveling across the world this month to #ScaleTheGood. So many updates coming your way. With love, Team GLX 💫
February Features ✨
➞ Good Life X turned 2!
While we began our work in 2019 as a pilot project, Good Life X became its own private entity on February 16th, exactly two years ago to better #ScaleTheGood in Sri Lanka and beyond
Our journey as a company so far has seen 11 programs, 100+ entrepreneurs, 35+ experts, and 40+ partners joining in our commitment to #BuildBackBetter
We will continue to #scale and #grow and encourage you to reach out and join us in this process of transitioning into a new and better world! Check out the birthday wishes for GLX here!
➞ Have you joined The Good Life Community yet?! ✨
Come join our community of like-minded individuals and companies together where we’re bringing together a digital space to meet, interact and learn from each other along with community events and experiences centered around conscious evolution!
➞ We started off this month by concluding the Climate Adaptation Bootcamp program!
We hosted 4 workshops by Vihangun Ariyaratne, Randhula de Silva, Heminda Jayaweera, Dr. Vidhura Ralapanawe and a Q&A Session 🔉 with Dr. Ranjith Punyawardena and Dr. Ajantha De Silva.
And we ended the month kicking off the Climate Adaptation Accelerator!
The 10 selected companies in the agriculture and tourism sectors will be undergoing a 6-month accelerator program under the guidance of our program team and industry experts 💫
➞ At a time when the Sri Lankan economy requires a boost in innovation-led growth, we entered into a partnership with the Sri Lanka Technological Campus (SLTC) to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem and foster the country's next generation of innovative thinkers and breed a new wave of conscious entrepreneurs ✍
We as Good Life X is committed to leaving every person and institution that cross our path, better than we found it. Based at Trace Expert City, we will be the onsite innovation sustainability partner at SLTC City Campus to provide hands-on experiences connecting GLX's innovative community-building methods and provide students with access to participate in GLX-hosted initiatives 💫

➞ The Lost Ingredients Lab team headed to Nürnberg, Germany for BIOFACH 2023. Throughout the week, the team was joined by a few of our LIL programme experts, including Bert Jan of This is Profound, Frank Thiele of Factor Product, Boris Rafalski of Soul Spice, Elton Yau of Blue Lemon Digital, and a few representatives from GIZ. A special thanks to Bert Jan and the This is Profound team for going above and beyond in preparing and guiding the companies during their time in Germany 🇩🇪
While there are many takeaways coming from our time at BioFach, one thing is for sure - the path towards regenerative agriculture and business here in Sri Lanka is the way forward and we are so proud of our 6 LIL companies for leading the way 💫
➞ Our Founder CEO Randhula De Silva went into SEALA for 10 days in Penang, Malaysia this February. Congratulations on graduating as SEALA 9 and becoming part of this global network of game-changing humans 🎉
➞ This month, we had visitors all the way from the USA! The delegates from the Professional Fellows Program - Oklahoma visited our office premises to talk about the work we do with regenerative and redistributive startups in Sri Lanka which is a testament to the growing importance of sustainability and social impact in the global community.
A big shoutout to Shabnam Farook of NueBody Basics, Asitha Vajirapani of encyte.io, Shan Gamage of Epick Apple, and Jonathan Edward of 3x3 Granola the Sri Lankan delegates of the program for giving us the chance to share our journey to #ScaleTheGood.
